The hardships of the job in Taraganj were somewhat alleviated. The boss saw the handwriting of Nasir Uddin and put him in the position of night guard but allowed him to work in the office table. His handwriting was good and there was no typewriter in the office. So he asked Nasir Uddin to work as a copywriter for writing as many letters in the office. At that time there was another office clerk named Md. Maqsood Hossain and he was from Dinajpur District. But as his handwriting was not good, Nasir Uddin started doing his work now. Although the workload increased, his reputation in the office began to grow.

Promoted to Office Clerk:

After a year of work his work carrier gave him a big reward. He was later promoted to "office clerk" and his consolidated salary was money. 467 / - (Four hundred and sixty seven rupees only). Nasir Uddin started working sincerely as soon as he joined the regular B.Com class. In 1979, Crescent Jute Mills Jute Purchasing Center was shifted from Taraganj to Bangalipur, Syedpur. Next to Nasir Uddin's own house. Nasir Uddin and MD Maksudur Rahman were working in the same post. But their work has been divided. Suppose BKMC's weekly report on jute purchase is made by Maksudur Rahman, then Nasir Uddin will make monthly report. But some days passed. One day their boss found some errors in the jute purchasing report and reprimanded my Maksudur Rahman and called Nasir Uddin to report everything by him. This greatly increased his work pressure. But there is no such thing as embarrassment of fame? Nasir Uddin was never addicted to drugs so he started saving his monthly salary in the hope of getting higher education. It's time to dump her and move on. He passed the B.Com examination in 1979 while on the job. He could not study properly due to work pressure.

The day before the Examination started, he went to see the insertion of the seat in the test center. He had already met Head Clerk Sir and said, "Nasir, I have given a girl right behind you. She will come from Rangpur, she works in a bank so she could not study properly. Help her a little." Nasir Uddin used to stay a hundred hands away when he saw girls. He said ok sir.

As usual on the day of the test, She was introduced her name was Alo Goswami. Nasir Uddin helped as much as possible in the test. Test results were published in due course. This time the total number of candidates was fifteen and a total of three passed. The pass rate is 16 percent. None of the Nasir Uddin's could rise above the third class. Sadly, I got Nasir Uddin thinking about how to get higher education with this result.

Now there is no way to study without preliminary of postgraduate degree class. So he decided that what he really needed to do was learn how to do it right. In the end, Nasir Uddin decided to quit his job and move to Rajshahi for admission in the preliminary class.

He sought his father's advice in this regard. Baba said, "If you have to go outside to leave Saidpur, then go to Dhaka instead of Rajshahi. Dhaka is the capital city, big city. If you go to a big place, your mind will be bigger." The word struck a chord in his mind. There was a friend named Delwar when he was in B class. Consulted with him. He also said let's both go to Dhaka. Let's see if there is a chance in varsity. That's what works. Nasir Uddin had money in his pocket. The two friends packed their bags and left for Dhaka by train. From Saidpur, the train could reach Dhaka via Fulchhari to Bahadurabad Ghat.

Arriving at Dhaka Kamalapur railway station, the night was over and it was morning.
